Proposals are requested from interested subcontractors and material suppliers for the various items of work required for the construction of ROCKPORT FULTON HIGH SCHOOL ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS (EARLY PACKAGE) for the ARANSAS COUNTY ISD, Rockport, Texas. Proposals will be received by the Construction Manager office listed above. Proposals will be opened in private by the Construction Manager and owner's representative. Proposers will be provided a Proposal Tabulation, if requested, after award of all contracts. Written proposals on forms furnished by the Construction Manager may be submitted to the Construction Manager by mail, delivered, or faxed to the address listed above. PROJECT DESCRIPTION In general, the project consists of ROCKPORT FULTON HIGH SCHOOL ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS (EARLY PACKAGE) which includes but is not limited to: dirt work, utility work and concrete paving. This is an early package to the primary project. CONTRACT Proposals will be based on a single lump-sum contract for individual work category or selected groups of categories as listed in Instructions to Proposers. All copies of any portion of the Contract Documents shall remain the property of the Architect no matter how secured and shall be returned to the Construction Manager immediately after the proposal date.
