Site work for a transportation facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

Retrofit an existing rockery retaining wall with a new soldier pile retaining wall approximately 600 LF in length and 8 FT maximum height. Chain link fence will be installed on top of the wall. Provide landscape restoration above the new retaining wall and temporary irrigation with a new point of connection and backflow prevention. Replace electrical feeders to two shelter buildings and entrance guard house located within the parking lot. Replace like-for-like wayfinding signage in the parking lot.
