Description

Renovation of an office development in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

Scope of Work Remove and replace the main propane gas service at the main building. * Hand dig to access main underground supply pipe minimum 36" below ground. Replace anode-less riser (or existing steel fitting if applicable) beginning at existing underground 90 fitting. * Demo riser, piping to existing 90o fitting w/ riser inside wall, valves, and regulators serving the main building and pool heaters. Demo piping to pool heaters and terminate at Tee inside pool heater room. Design Parameters New gas piping system shall be designed to the following parameters: 10.5 pounds Existing Regulator Pressure at Propane Tanks 7 Inches Existing Regulator Pressure at Building The awarding agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
