Renovation of a military facility in Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

1st Helicopter Squadron (1 HS) requires a certified, fully accredited Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) within their Helicopter Operations Facility (HOF) in order to report on classified missions and operations. In order for their SCIF (Room 257.2) to be considered certified, its Access Control System (ACS) must be separated from the rest of the building. There is an ACS already installed in the current SCIF which includes an enrollment program. Card readers, wires, and sensors external to the SCIF must be removed and a new ACS must be installed in Room 164, comm. room (1st floor, West side). Room 164 must become the hub for the ACS monitoring the perimeter of the building and anything outside of the SCIF. The Intrusion Detection System (IDS) has already been established in room 164. Place of Delivery/Performance/Acceptance/FOB Point: Delivery, inspection, and acceptance shall be to: Mr. Arthur Gonyea 1910 Arnold Ave Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 Estimated Contract Cost (including Options): $109,427.10
