SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspection fees, supervision, utility company charges, and other items noted in Contract General Conditions necessary to yield completely operable and tested systems as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following areas: A. HVAC systems 1. Controls Existing Building: i. Demolition of existing systems as shown and noted, including existing temperature control air compressor and existing control cabinets and panels. New DDC control system serving all mechanical equipment and systems. New control damper actuators where indicated on the plans. New pump VFDs as required where existing VFDs are deficient or non-functional. New AHU supply and return fan VFDs where existing VFDs are deficient or nonfunctional. All new control wiring including conduits, junction boxes, and network extenders. 2. Mechanical insulation for piping systems, ductwork, and equipment to replace any insulation damaged as a result of the controls upgrade work. 3. Complete controls and instrumentation. 4. System startup, testing, adjusting, and balancing. 5. Piping and duct cleaning and pressure testing. 6. All pressure and temperature instrumentation that is not a part of any control system. 7. Coordination with electrical contractor to supply all new power connections to new HVAC equipment / controls.
