Renovation of an educational facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, work to consist of Replacing existing windows with new aluminum fixed and operable windows and aluminum store front framing throughout the building. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) consecutive calendar days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the consent of the Owner. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total Base Bids, payable to the Green Bay Area Public School District, Green Bay, Wisconsin, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within 10 days after the award of contract. The successful General Contractor Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract and to be executed on AIA Form A312 attached to Bid Documents.
