Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for the construction of a 8,200-square-foot municipal facility.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: construction of a new 8,200 S.F. Village Hall and Garage. As of July 27, 2023, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Under this bid package, Contractor shall provide the necessary trades, for which bids are asked including, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the New Municipal Building located at 280 N Gilbert Street in Footville, WI 53537. Base Bid will include construction of a new 8,200 S.F. Village Hall and Garage with associated sitework. The Work which bids are asked includes, but is not necessarily limited to earthwork, concrete, masonry, miscellaneous steel, wood framing and trusses, aluminum windows and doors, engineered wood siding, membrane roofing, standing seam roofing, gypsum board, painting, plastic laminate casework, wood doors, hollow metal doors and frames, acoustical ceilings, metal lockers, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. The Contractor shall generate a single submittal log, submittal file in the Project trailer, and single construction schedule. All work will be issued under a single prime contract for general construction.
