The proposal, as well as the specifications for the ELECTRIC TRANSFORMER, are on file and may be examined at the Utilities Department Office, 333 N. Second Street, Niles, Michigan where copies may also be obtained. All bidders are required to sign a Certificate of Non-Discrimination that they will comply with all Federal and State non-discrimination laws and regulations. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals and to accept the proposal that, in the opinion of City Council, is most advantageous to the City. Proposals shall include complete details (including descriptive literature) of all materials/equipment to be provided. The "Owner" shall be considered The City of Niles Wastewater Treatment Plant.
