Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a municipal facility in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for the addition of a 33,827-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Project consists of construction of and addition to provide expanded Court Clerk space, judges chambers and minor additional remodeling in existing areas of the building. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any, and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Time of Completion is 180 calendar days. Liquidated Damages are $1,000 per day. Bidder Questions: Submit written questions to be addressed at Prebid meeting minimum of two business days prior to meeting.
