PROJECT DESCRIPTION THIS PROJECT WILL CONSTRUCT AN 8,621 GSF FIRE STATION CONSISTING OF AN ENGINE BAY AND SUPPORTING ADMINISTRATIVE AREA TO INCLUDE ALL INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE NEW FACILITY. CONSTRUCTION WILL BE SLAB-ONGRADE WITH INSULATED METAL PANELS ON CMU WALLS IN ENGINE BAY PORTION OF THE FACILITY AND TIMBER CONSTRUCTION WITH GLULAM BEAMS IN THE ADMINSTRATIVE PORTION OF THE FACILITY. THE ROOF SHALL BE STANDING SEAM METAL IN BOTH AREAS. SITE IMPROVEMENTS WILL INCLUDE A NEW/IMPROVED GRAVEL DRIVE AREA, PRIVACY FENCING, ENTRANCE GATE, AND INSFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES TO SUPPORT THE NEW FACILITY.
