Bids are invited upon the general items of work as follows: Bid Schedule A 1. 1,830 tons of asphalt and granular base salvaging 2. 1,830 tons of placing salvaged base course 3. 5,547 SY of geotextile fabric separator 4. 1,260 tons of Contractor furnished base course 5. 4,100 feet of paint striping Alternate A1 1. 1,340 tons of asphalt pavement 2. 1,500 cubic yards of unclassified excavation Alternate A2 1. 5,547 SY of 6" PCC Pavement 2. 1.800 cubic yards of unclassified excavation bid must be accompanied by a I check of bank draft payable to the order of the Miller School District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. A bid bond in an amount equal lo ten percent (10%) of the total bid will be accepted in lieu of a certified check or bank draft. Surety for bid bond must be authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota. Pursuant to State Law, a copy of the bidder's sales and use tax license and a copy of the bidder's excise tax license âs issued by the State of South Dakota must accompany the bid. In lieu of a copy of the license, the bidder shall submit appropriate evidence that the bidder and all affiliates have the appropriate licenses. Question Deadline 12/05/2023 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer
