In general, the work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of furnishing solar powered flashing LED stop signs and necessary incidental hardware. The LED signs will be installed by City forces and shall include all necessary appurtenances for mounting the LED signs to streetlights, U-channel sign posts, and square channel sign posts.
