The City of Bell, California, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide weekly Landscape Maintenance Services to the Bell Community Housing Authority (BCHA). The selected contractor will be responsible for providing general landscape maintenance services. The City desires to enter into an Agreement for three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions. The work to be performed in the aforementioned areas shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to maintain all landscaped areas described herein to include, but not limited to, turf, shrubs, groundcover, vines and irrigation systems. The work shall also include emptying and maintenance of trash receptacles, maintenance and cleaning of benches, bus stop facilities, tree wells, and planters, and pick up debris, gum, animal feces, grease, paint, graffiti, glass and trash from all public places. Planting of annuals and mowing lawns in specified areas, manual and chemical weed abatement. Also, steam cleaning, and irrigation system maintenance.
