Site Directions: Winona Municipal Airport This project provides for the removal and replacement of the existing terminal area fencing at the Winona Municipal Airport. Major items of work for the project includes terminal area fencing demolition and replacement. Work, in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by TKDA in Saint Paul, Minnesota, consists of the following major items of work: Item: Qty: Unit: Mobilization 1 LS Traffic Provisions 1 LS Remove Chain Link Fence 1,000 LF Remove Walk Gate 6 EA Remove Vehicle Gate 1 EA Manual Walk Gate 6 EA Manual Vehicle Gate 2 EA 60" Chain Link Fencing 1,600 LF Miscellaneous Electrical Work 1 LS Consistent with Minnesota Statute, Section 473.144, City of Winona may not accept a bid or proposal for a contract or execute a contract in excess of $100,000 with any business unless said business is in compliance with certain requirements concerning affirmative action plans. Evidence of compliance must be submitted within two (2) City business day following opening of bids. Bids will be considered non-responsive if the compliance requirements are not met.
