Renovation of a residential development in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The scope of work includes all supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the PARTREA HOT WATER BOILER REPLACEMENTS and Hunter Square Boiler Stack Replacement at - Partrea Mid-Rise 701 Easy Street, Norfolk VA 23505 and Hunter Square Mid-Rise, 825 Goff Street, Norfolk VA 23504. The work for this project includes but not limited to replacing existing high efficiency hot water boilers and Kelly Boiler stack at Hunter Square Mid-Rise. Also including items listed in the project scope of work section. Bid Bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding The work is to commence immediately upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed, and be completed within One Hundred and Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days.
