Outdoor lighting for a residential development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a residential development.
The project consists of providing electrical infrastructure for installation of Duke Energy light fixtures and working with and coordinate with Duke Energy for installation of light fixtures. Bidding Documents include this Invitation To Bid, and the following attached forms: sample contract, Sales Tax Report, School Access Requirements, MBE forms (include if contactor is expected to have subcontractors), Board of Education Policies, and Contractor Bid Response form. The bidding documents may also include the plans and specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of bids. All requirements and obligations of the Bidding Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Bidder upon award of the contract. Each Bidder by submitting his Bid represents that he has read and understands the Bidding Documents and his Bid is made in accordance therewith.
