CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 10/5/2023 2:00 PM The City of Waterbury, Department of Education (hereinafter City), is seeking proposals for kitchen renovations at the two high schools listed below (the Project) from third parties (proposers or contractors) to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to execute and properly finish the Project, as detailed and described herein: Crosby High School Kitchen Renovations Wilby High School Kitchen Renovations The agreement period for any contract or purchase order resulting from this RFP is anticipated to be one hundred twenty (120) days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion and one hundred fifty (150) days to Final Completion. Project-Complete Renovation of Culinary Arts 123D, Culinary Arts 107E and Classroom 106 in Crosby High School, and renovations to the Culinary Arts Room at Wilby High School as required by the contract documents, included but not limited to the following: All General Requirements; b.
