Renovation of an educational facility in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The intended scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: The Project consists of HVAC Distribution Pump Upgrades at Somerset County Vocational Technical School as required by the Contract Documents for the Somerset County Vocational Technical School District. The contractor understands the distribution system is required during the heating months, October 1, 2023 through May 1, 2024. The contractor agrees to work with the owner during this time to schedule work and replace equipment so as not to create a situation of non-heat during the school day within this time frame. The contractor will be required to replace pumps on weekends or non-school hours during this time frame at no added cost to the owner for 2nd shift or overtime work. Contractors shall be DPMC Pre-Qualified - HVACR Contractors can anticipate Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed on or about July 2023.
