Site work for a mixed-use development in Aklavik, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
In general, work involved with this contract includes asphalt and concrete patching throughout the City of Yellowknife where indicated. Work may include but not limited to the following tasks: Saw Cutting Asphalt and Concrete to provide straight clean joint. Leveling and compacting subgrade material. Filling or removing gravel where required. Installation of Asphalt to match existing thickness of patch location. Installation of Concrete Rolled Curb, Barrier Curb, and or Sidewalk where required. Asphalt Mill and Overlay where indicated. Adjust Catch Basin and Manhole Covers where indicated. Documents can be obtained from https://yellowknife.bidsandtenders.ca/ Award is subject to final approval.
