The Work comprises the use of Community Development Block Grant funds to complete renovations to the men's and women's restrooms located within the Ralpho Township gym to make them ADA compliant, workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job in accordance with Manufacturer's instructions and the Contract Documents. Ralpho Township is utilizing federal funds for this project and has adopted a Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) plan in accordance with Executive Orders 11625, 12138, and 12432 and a Section 3 Action Plan in accordance with Title 24 Part 75 Code of Federal Regulations. Ralpho Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts.
