The Town of Provincetown, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Harbor Hill Re-Roofing project, Provincetown, MA The work of this Contract includes selective demolition of existing roofing, new skylights and the installation of new asphalt roof shingles and accessories. All questions shall be submitted to Flansburgh Architects, Attn: Jorge Cruz via email (jcruz@flansburgh.com). Copy Braden Witt (bwitt@provincetown-ma.gov) and Paul Millett (pcm@envpartners.com). Interpretation of the provisions of the Bid and Contract Documents will be made by the Architect Question Deadline 07/20/2023 Harbor Hill Re-roofing project consists of re- roofing 3 existing apartment buildings that are occupied. The work consists of removing the old wood shingle roofing system and replacing it with a new asphalt shingle roofing system, plywood sheathing and new skylights.
