Site work for a water / sewer project in Palatka, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Palatka is seeking bids for the St. Johns Avenue Moseley to 13th Water Main Improvements, Palatka, FL 32177. This project involves the replacement/installation of a new water main and abandoning the old water main on St. Johns Avenue between Moseley Ave and 13th Street. Construction will include new potable water main, including related valves, bends and other appurtenances for a complete and operable system. Elements of the work include pavement restoration, abandonment of existing water main, installing new fire hydrants, and replacing service connections. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond prepared on the form of bid bond attached hereto, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the City, in the amount of 5% of the bid.
