Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Palatka, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
A complete Bid Document set, including project drawings and technical specifications, will be available on Thursday, July 27, 2023 and may be obtained from Passer Associates, LLC. Bid documents obtained from the Passer Associates website automatically register Plan holder. The Bidder shall be properly licensed and fully insured; upon award of bid, present to the City of Palatka paperwork indicating such. The City of Palatka reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the ITB process and to award the contract(s) in the best interest of the City.
