The City of Palatka is seeking bids for the St. Johns Avenue Downtown District Water Main Improvements, Palatka, FL 32177. This project involves the replacement/installation of a new water main and abandoning the old water main and is located generally downtown in the City of Palatka. Construction will include new open cut and directional bore potable water main, including related valves, bends and other appurtenances for a complete and operable system. Elements of the work include pavement restoration, abandonment of existing water main, installing new fire hydrants, and replacing service connections.
