St. Johns River State College (SJR State) invites engineers with SREF and/or public projects experience to apply for pre-qualification status (RFQ-SJR-04-2022); for miscellaneous projects on its three campuses in Putnam, Clay and St. Johns counties, and the Workforce Training Center in Palatka, FL. Representative projects may include, but not be limited to, review of existing site conditions; preparation of a scope of work statement and preliminary cost estimate; coordination with appropriate government agencies; preparation of design and construction drawings and specifications that incorporate the necessary sub-consultant discipline such as environmental, rural, structural, surveying and any other that will be required.. RFQ awards are expected at the DBOT meeting on March 23, 2022. The basis for award of prequalified engineer status is for firms to meet all RFQ specifications. SJR State reserves the right to reject any or all responses to the RFQ, to waive any or all informalities in regards thereto, and to accept only responses which will be in the best interest of the College.
