Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed Bids from Contractors for roadside (parallel to roadway) ditch/culvert cleaning within Putnam County Florida. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and transportation in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. This ditch cleaning shall include removal of sediment in the ditch, removal of trees within the existing ROW, and interior cleaning of existing culverts of sediment to allow proper drainage. The county will have three separate zones, and our intent is to award to a contractor in each zone. These zones are as follows (see map attached). Zone 1: Everything east of the St Johns River. Zone 2: West of the St Johns River and North of State Rd 20. Zone 3: West of the St Johns River and South of State Rd 20.. The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
