The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of base material, fill dirt, lime rock and/or shell rock, for the Putnam County Public Works Department and the Putnam County Sanitation Department. The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
