The City of Palatka hereby requests qualifications from qualified individuals or firms to provide civil engineering services for HUD's Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Funding program for the Stormwater Flooding Improvements Project. The project involves the design, permitting and construction of stormwater improvements to address flooding and poor drainage in three areas: North 13th and 14th Street, Golf Drive and Moseley Avenue, and Moseley Avenue and Crill Avenue service areas. - Engineering services will include design, permitting, bidding and construction observation services for the project. A scope of work outlining the tasks to be performed and a timeline to complete the proposed tasks must be included in the proposal. Do not include pricing within the submittal. The City has received funding and therefore, procurement and contracting will follow CDBG regulations and award will be contingent on DEO approval. All interested parties must register by email to the RFQ contact their name, email address, address and telephone number to receive any future changes, additions, addendums or notices concerning this RFQ. Deadline for Questions: September 16, 2022 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
