Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Diego, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work at road behind Bernarda Jaime Junior High School Road will consist of approximately 33,818 square feet of paving behind Junior High up to existing cafeteria parking lot. Clean parking lot. Spray parking lot with oil for adhesive. Lay 1.5 inches of hot mix asphalt. Roll and compact with roller. San Diego ISD reserves the right to reject any or all submittals for any or all products and/or services covered in this Request for Proposals and to waive informalities or defects in submittals or to accept such submittals as it shall deem to be in the best interest of San Diego Independent School District. MATERIALS PRODUCT DATA SHEET Scope of Work at San Diego High School Sports Complex Road and entrance to highway: 1. Base consists of 339 ft in length x 16 ft in width for exit road. 2. Base consists of 6 inches of caliche compacted to 4 inches for exit road. 3. Asphalt consists of 339 ft in length x 12 ft in width for exit road. 4. Spray oil for adhesive for exit road. 5. Asphalt consists of 2 inches of hot mix asphalt for exit road. 6. Remove vegetation from road, prep base, and give proper drainage for exit road. 7. Remove vegetation and provide a culvert based on state recommendation on entrance to highway. 8. Lay a caliche base of 8 inches and compact to 6 inches and prep for asphalt at entrance to highway. 9. Lay 4 inches of hot mix asphalt at entrance to highway. 10.
