Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Deltona, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This Section includes general procedural requirements governing execution of the Work including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Construction layout. 2. Field engineering and surveying. 3. General installation of products. 4. Progress cleaning. 5. Starting and adjusting. 6. Protection of installed construction. 7. Starting of Systems 8. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total bid. If a Performance and Payment is required, the successful Bidder shall submit four (4) signed copies of a Performance and Payment Bond from a surety insurer authorized to do business in the State of Florida equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount. The School Board reserves the right to reject any one or more bids as provided by law.
