Auditorium Seating for the New NSCC Sydney Waterfront Campus. Bid Bond: 1. Submit with Bid, a Bid Bond acceptable to NSCC in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The Bid Bond is to be endorsed in the name of the Nova Scotia Community College as oblige, signed and sealed by the Principal (Contractor) and Surety. Submit with the Bid Form, a Bid Bond and Consent of Surety stating that the Surety providing the Bid Bond will provide the Performance Bond and Labour & Materials Payment Bond required. 2. Within ten (10) days after notification of award of the Contract, the Contractor shall provide NSCC with a Performance Bond and Labour & Materials, Payment Bond each in the form prescribed by and acceptable to NSCC in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the Contract. Certified Cheque payable to the Nova Scotia Community College, for a sum not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. NSCC reserves the right to accept or reject any Bids or all Bids.
