Site work for a civil project in Los Altos, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Weekend signal shutdown and traffic control, crosswalk realignment and pedestrian island modification, pavement repair, ADA pedestrian ramps, potholing, traffic signal poles, signs, traffic signal hardware including traffic signal controller and cabinet assembly, battery back up system, inground loop detectors, traffic signal heads, pedestrian sensors, APS pedestrian push buttons, pull boxes, conduit and wiring, and new striping. Liquidated damages shall be assessed in the amount of $ 1,500 for each calendar day the Work remains incomplete beyond the time limit for completion. The acceptance of Bid for award is subject to approval by the County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors. The County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids, or to waive any minor irregularities or discrepancies in the Bids. The time limit for the completion of Work is 60 working days commencing on the first charged day, which will be approximately 30-45 days following the Notice of Award by the County of Santa Clara.
