Daggett County is requesting statements of qualification (SOQ) from qualified contractors for the construction of the Water Improvements Project, 2023 - Tank Phase. This phase is to pre-qualify contractors based upon statements of qualifications. Contractors that are pre-qualified will be invited to participate in a subsequent cost bidding phase where the project will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder Those contractors who are pre-qualified will be expected to attend a pre-bid meeting.
