All materials, labor, and supervision to complete the Jarvie Ranch Electrical Distribution Rehabilitation. Delivery: 90 Days After Notice FAR Magnitude: Between $25,000 and $100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses and permits for the following: 1. Removal of the existing wood utility build housing all the existing electrical disconnects and panels. Remove the debris from Government property. 2. Notification to the electrical utility company to remove the two existing 200-amp single phase electrical service and replace them with one 400- amp single phase electrical service mounted on a new external channel rack located approximately 10 feet from the existing utility pole. Contractor to coordinate with utility company and is responsible for all utility company fees associated with the new service. 3. Installation of an underground electrical vault to intercept all the existing underground electrical conduits that feed the electrical sub-panel throughout the complex. 4. Perform all work per the latest edition of the NFPA 70 and the ICC Building Codes. This project is located at the John Jarvie Historic Ranch located on Browns Park Road, Dutch John, Utah 84023. Directions to the site From Vernal, UT (via Clay Basin), North 35 miles on Highway 191, turn right to stay on Highway 191, travel 18 miles to the Wyoming- Utah border, turn east onto Browns Park Road and travel for 20.2 miles after descending into Browns Park, turn right at Red Creek and travel approx.. 1.7 miles until arrival at the site.
