Renovation of a fire / police facility in Dutch John, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Roof replacement for the Dutch John fire station. Question Deadline 09/15/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are to be submitted to James Israelsen at james.israelsen@sunrise-eng.com. The Dutch John Fire Station is currently covered by a single-ply membrane roofing system that has experienced leakage and has reached the end of its anticipated service life. The project generally consists of removing and replacing the existing roofing membrane as shown in the Drawings and specified in the Specifications and Special Provisions. The work also includes removal and replacement of insulation as necessary to provide a nominal slope of 1/4 inch per foot toward the roof drains, clearing and testing the existing roof drains, and repairing identified soft spots and areas damaged by water infiltration. Removal and replacement of the existing aluminum cap flashing will be included as an additive alternate. The roofing system shall be installed by a manufacturer-approved roofing contractor and shall be eligible for a minimum 30-year manufacturer's warranty
