Renovation of a water / sewer project in Highland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of March 13, 2025, per owner, these services will be used as needed. If the water plant requires some engineering scopes/proposal, they’ll reach out to the awarded vendors and use their services. Engineer(s) have not yet been identified. The City of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality, to request interviews of contractor(s) prior to award and to select and negotiate the contract services in the best interest of the City. Provide engineering services for various Water Production projects ranging from high level feasibility and budgeting through detailed design, permitting, bidding, submittal review and construction Assist with special studies such as strategic planning for compliance with upcoming State and Federal water regulation changes, implementation of new water treatment technologies including those related to energy efficiency improvements, long range capital planning Assist City staff in application for State and Federal grants and processing associated paperwork and providing statutory fiscal certification subsequent to award; Attend and participate in City Council, public hearings, committee, and staff meetings when required Please direct all questions to: Don Jensen, Superintendent of Water Production djensen@cityhpil.com (847) 433-4355 The method of contractor has not determined at this time.
