**As of August 14, 2023 project was awarded to Dalton Signs, Inc, awarded amount is $16,873.75.** The Scope of Work is provided in the Request for Proposal. The City desires to enter into a turn-key contract for the purpose of fabricating, constructing, and installing exterior monument signage located throughout the city limits. The City reserves the right to modify existing provisions, include additional provisions which are not addressed herein, and reject any or all proposals. The successful Contractor, shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the installation of the signs. The Contractor will be responsible for site grading, leveling, and preparation of the surface for construction of the signs. The Contractor will be required to submit shop drawings, material and color samples, and submittals for City approval. The following Schedule of Events represents the City's best estimate of the schedule that will be followed. All times indicated are Eastern Standard Time. The City reserves the right to adjust the schedule as deemed necessary.
