Capitalized terms not defined in the Instructions to Bidders have the meaning assigned in the General Conditions. Project Description: This project will install a pedestrian hybrid beacon system (HAWK) to increase pedestrian visibility and safety while crossing Holly Street south of its intersection with Easter Ave. The HAWK will be paired with a raised median and accessible curb ramps on both sides of Holly Street at a crosswalk to ensure all users feel safe crossing this street. In addition to the HAWK pedestrian signal, an 8- foot concrete trail will be implemented from the west side of Holly Street to the crossing for improved access to the Willow Creek Trail. In order to connect the pedestrian signal into the City's signal system, fiber will be constructed to the HAWK pedestrian signal.
