Renovation of an educational facility in Kamloops, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This work consists of all work identified or implied by the drawings and specifications but is not limited to, the scope of work for this project is Mechanical equipment replacement. Consists of a new replacement Roof top units (RTU) for the Animal Health and all associated works. Replacement of the heating water entry heaters (FF) for Animal health and all associated works. Replace the existing dust collector (DC) in the Old main wood shop along with associated Electrical works. Replace the Chiller (CH) for the Culinary Arts building. For Arts and Education building replacing the existing shell and tube type heat exchangers (HX) with plate type heat exchangers up in the Mechanical rooms.
