Exterior Framing Design Build Jacobsen Construction Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") has been selected by Division of Construction and Facilities Management, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", to be the Contractor for new construction of Spencer Fox Eccles an the University of Utah, hereinafter referred to as the "Project". Contractor invites qualified trade contractors and vendors (hereinafter referred to as "Subcontractor") to submit proposals for the applicable Work Scope. Please refer to individual Work Scopes for the extent of work. ***The intent of this RFP is to select design-build team members in the CD development phase of the Project to design and construct the exterior framing system.*** Proposal submission date and time will be posted and updated on Contractor's bid solicitation service, Building Connected, www.buildingconnected.com. The Owner and Contractor reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and/or technicalities, etc. This Project will be a part of a Subcontract Default Insurance (SDI) program. All Subcontractors submitting a bid for this Project must be currently enrolled in Contractor's prequalification program for their bids to be evaluated.
