This is a Maintenance Performance Contract. Payments are made on a quarterly basis. The work under this Contract consists of performance maintenance of sidewalks and inlet tops within the project limits; work includes inspection and reporting. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
