The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct operational personnel to accomplish all work as required in a professional like manor Renovation of an ADA restroom. The work to be performed under this agreements a project assisted under a program providing direct Federal Financial assistance from HUD and its subject to the requirements of section 3 of the housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
