Reference Number AB-2023-04397 Construction of a new Cyclotron and Radiopharmacy Facility (CRF) with the estimated BGSM of 3001 to incorporate space required for– 1 Cyclotron (19 MeV) 2 GMP controlled labs/support 3 Non-GMP controlled labs/support 4 Administration and staff support 5 Engineering/Building support 2 Construction of a new service corridor with an estimate of 262 BGSM to connect the facility with other departments. .3 Demo/Renovation (estimated 200 BGSM) where the service corridor ties-in with the TBCC for accessibility to other facilities through the existing corridor. .4 Refer to Functional Program (FP) report for detailed project scope. A copy of the document will be provided upon signing the NDAs. .2 Proposed FMC CRF, as defined on TDR v7, is a Tier 1 project which shall be certified to a minimum LEED v4.1 “Silver” rating as required in Section 1.0 – Sustainability. The Province requires a number of LEED credits to be mandatory for this project. .3 The proposed facility will meet all current and impending regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, those of the agencies noted below.
