Amherst County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received. Amherst County has a drug free workplace and reserves the right to test contractor's employees under the following conditions:
1. When there is a reasonable cause to believe an employee is under the
influence of alcohol or drugs.
2. As mandated by government contract provisions for a drug free
workplace.
The Consultant must disclose the amount of deductible/self-insured retention applicable to the General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Professional Liability Policies, if any. The County reserves the right to request additional information to determine if the Consultant has the financial capacity to meet its obligations under a deductible/self-insured plan. If this provision is utilized, the Consultant will be permitted to provide evidence of its ability to fund the deductible/self-insured retention. A.
