Project Location: Thomas Street between 5th Ave N and Dexter Ave N, and Taylor Ave N between Thomas Street and Harrison Street. Construct bicycle, pedestrian, drainage, and traffic signal improvements including a widened sidewalk and bicycle zone on the north side of Thomas Street, a protected intersection at Thomas Street and Dexter Avenue, new curb ramps, sidewalk, pavement repair, bicycle signals, pedestrian lighting and new signal poles. For the purpose of the Bidder/Subcontractor list, this project includes electrical work and rebar installation.
