The scope of work contemplated for the above named Project located at 1298 Hussa Street includes the reconstruction / improvements of basketball courts, a handball court, a pickleball court, as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 100 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Contract Documents and Plans for the proposed work, which have been prepared by Peter F. Bondar, P.E. of the firm of T&M Associates, will be made available both electronically and in paper form. Interested Bidders must send an e-mail request to psirico@tandmassociates.com requesting the documents be sent electronically or schedule an appointment to pick up the documents at our Middletown Office at 11 Tindall Road, Middletown, NJ 07748. A BID BOND or CERTIFIED CHECK made payable to the City of Linden, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid to secure performance. ALL BIDDERS shall conform to the intention and provisions of Affirmative Action in Public Contracts Laws of State of New Jersey R.S. 10:2-1 of 7/23/75, Assembly Bill No. 2227. BIDDERS are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
