Sealed Bids will be received by the Columbus Regional Airport Authority (CRAA) for Concourse B Pre-Security Checkpoint Expansion at John Glenn Columbus International Airport. The Scope of Work includes expansion of the TSA Pre-Security Checkpoint queuing into former lease space including demolition of former storefronts, infill framing and installing concourse wall finishes, installation of new acoustical ceiling grid and tile with lighting, HVAC, and fire protection layout. Also, converting a retail space into a flex/multi-use space for terminal tenants. The engineer s estimate for this project is Base Bid - $266,339.00; Alternate No.1 - $47,656.00; Alternate No. 2 - $8,554.00; Alternate No. 3 - $12,987; and Alternate No. 4 - $76,818.
