Joliet Public Schools District 86 is receiving sealed responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Construction Manager At Risk Services for the construction of two new Junior High Schools, one of approximately 180,000 to 216,000 square feet, replacing Hufford Junior High School located at 1125 N, Larkin Ave. Joliet, IL 60435, and one of approximately 128,000 to 153,000 square feet, replacing Gompers Junior High School located at 1501 Copperfield Ave., Joliet, IL 60432. The new schools will be built on the same property as the existing schools. The existing schools shall remain in operation during the construction of new schools.
