As of September 5, 2023, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid. Renovations of Station 2 located at 6 Long Pond Road, Rhinebeck, New York 12672. Proposals must be sealed in an envelope on which it is clearly stated "Bid for Renovations of Station 2" and shall be addressed to Cynthia Chiarella, Secretary, West Clinton Fire District, and received by her by mail at 219 Hollow Road, Staatsburg, New York 12580. The award of bid pursuant to this notice is subject to appropriation of funds for this purpose in accordance with the applicable provisions of the General Municipal Law. All bids must meet the requirements of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and all other applicable statues and have attached a statement of non- collusion. All documents submitted in connection with this bid will become the property of the Fire District and the Fire District will not return bids or bid documents. The lowest qualified bidder meeting the specifications will be awarded the bid. The Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to advertise for same.
