Reference Number 0000349254 The Town of Clinton is putting bid out to replace the flooring in the basement floor of the Town Hall Building, including removing existing flooring, preparing the surface to receive new flooring, adding leveling and moisture prevention products and replacement of flooring and vinyl base. Job Location 1215 Centre Rd. Rhinebeck, NY 12572 It is anticipated that the bid will be awarded on or about the May 14, 2024 Town Board meeting. The project is funded by ARPA funds. Federal requirements will apply. At a minimum the contractor must solicit pricing from MWBE / DBE firms. The contractor must pay the higher of NYS or Federal prevailing wages. The project must be completed by December 2, 2024.
